Pilates Group Classes

My group classes are intimate and small in size with a maximum of 6 students per class.  Pilates is a form of exercise that requires a lot of physical space to move your arms and legs in all directions and smaller class sizes accommodate that intention perfectly!

For me, one of the most important aspects of teaching Pilates is honouring your body and the space that it needs to flow while finding it's freest and most beautiful form :)

Private Sessions

If you are looking for a more personalized one-on-one Pilates experience then a private session might be right for you!

This is a great option if you need extra assistance with proper form or would like to target a specific area in more detail than I can cover in a group session.
